We had fun puppy stories and activities for our Lap Sitters Story Time. Lots of cuteness!!
We had stories about the harvest season, pumpkins, windy weather and saw lots of our storybook friends. We found pumpkins around the room, then made our own Indian Corn using stale fruit cereal. What fun!
The Lap Sitters story hour on October 7th featured dinosaurs of all sorts. We read a book, and had several finger plays and found dinosaurs hidden around the room. We counted dinosaurs and named the colors. In short, it was dino- mite!
The Preschool Story Hour, which meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday & Tuesday of each month, had a great time dancing and reading stories for our last program in September. Each child was able to make and decorate a shaker to take home. Before they left, we did one more dance utilizing their shakers.
