Thursday, April 12th is Holocaust Remembrance Day. You can remember the Holocaust a bit early by attending a presentation this Tuesday (April 10th) at 6 pm. The El Paso District Library will host two local speakers who will discuss their parent's experiences during World War II. Anna Wells will talk about her parent's experiences as Jewish citizens of Poland. Her father joined the resistance while her mother hid in the forest. Elleke Mesdag was a young girl living in Holland when the Nazis invaded. Her father joined the resistance. Please call the library to register for this event.
