The class will be held on both Saturday, March 30 and Saturday, April 6th. It will be held from 10 am to noon on both days.
Jenna Smith, Extension Educator, Nutrition and Wellness, University of Illinois Extension will conduct a two part series of classes to help you learn how diet and lifestyle changes can help manage or reduce your risk of high blood pressure and/or cholesterol. She will discuss how to incorporate heart-healthy practices into your daily choices, from shopping to cooking to meal planning. This class has a cost of $15 and you must be registered in advance.
We must have 5 people signed up for this class by Wednesday, March 27th.
